Return Policy
To return a product, please contact us via email at excelsiortime@gmail.com. We will issue you a return confirmation and guide you through the return process. Please be sure to read our return policy to ensure your product is eligible for refund. To qualify for a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used products are ineligible for a refund. Products that are modified and/or re-sized are ineligible for a refund.
Returned items must be in original packaging including presentation boxes, printed material, watch straps, and must include a packing slip. Excelsior Watch Co. will issue a full refund including original shipping costs without penalty only if the return is a result of our error - i.e. if the received item was defective, damaged at the time of receipt, or if the incorrect items have been received. If a product is returned for any other reason, original shipping costs are not refunded. Excelsior Watch Co. inspects all product returned to the return address, and, if the item is found to not be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. For returned items, expect your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you'll receive the refund sooner. You will receive a notification e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Exchange Policy
In case you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you need to exchange for a faulty item. Our team will provide instructions for how to return your purchase for an exchange. If item to exchange is not in stock, we will process it as a return and refund for the items returned.
If you simply would like to exchange for a different item and it is equal or lesser value, please contact us. We will issue you an a confirmation and guide you through the exchange process.
If you simply would like to exchange for a different item and it is higher value than the original item, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Excelsior Watch Co. does not, and can not, guarantee our products will not affect those with allergies, skin sensitivities, or other medical conditions.
